When you use DesertNewHomes.com to introduce you to a new home community, you become registered as a Desert New Homes buyer. You are entitled to our complete homefinding and touring services. You will also be entitled to a rebate of $5,000 upon close of escrow.
To get your $5,000, you must consult with a Desert New Homes agent and have them accompany you on your FIRST visit to the community you buy in. [If you make your 1st visit without the Desert New Homes agent, the builder will likely not honor your relationship with us and no rebate will be paid.]
Once you have been registered, visit the community and models on your own as often as you like. When you buy, make sure Desert New Homes Real Estate is listed on your purchase contract as your representative (agent/broker).
Please note, most builders are participating, but not all. Your agent will be able to tell you which communities are.
